Lot of two old folding rules for a carpenter or machinist's tool chest, early 1900s vintage.
The Lufkin measure is 38" long (missing the metal end, though). The Upson Nut advertising measure is 24" long, very dark, difficult to read. (The brass is lifting in one spot on this one.)
So the condition of both of these is far from perfect, though these both have beautiful old numbering and a polished patina from years of handling.
