antique hand crank knife grinder or sharpener from an old farm kitchen

Rustic old hand cranked and gear driven grinder for sharpening knives from an old farm kitchen. This grinder was made by the QuickEdge Sharpener Co. of Jackson, Michigan. It has two aluminum oxide sharpening stones to grind both sides of the knife blade at the same time. It clamps to the work table with a thumb screw and turns well. It has a patina of age with old red and black paint and some light rust.
