vintage Christmas glitter plastic spinner motion ornaments, foil pinwheel birdcage

Lot of two vintage hard plastic 'twinkler' Christmas tree ornaments, neon glitter colors with foil pinwheels. Nice and bright with working spinners, but both of these have damage - see photos.
