vintage tole metal wreath w/ red enamel hearts, Scandi mod style folk art Christmas decor

Red enameled metal wreath of hearts, pretty! I think this would look great in a rustic Scandinavian style Christmas setting, and still look great at Valentine's Day.

It measures about 8" x 8 3/4" overall, and is in excellent condition. No marks or labels that I saw, I'm guessing this is 1990s vintage, probably made in China?
