1970s vintage Corningware casserole folk art blue bird, Country Festival or Friendship

Vintage Corning ware pan with Pyrex clear glass lid, in nice clean condition, seldom used, no chips or roughness. This is the Country Festival (Pennsylvania Dutch) pattern, dated 1975. It's a 2 qt pan, 8" x 8" x 2 1/2" deep, a little over 10" across the handles.
