vintage cut to clear dark ruby colored glass tumble up bedside carafe w/ tumbler

Dark ruby red cut to clear glass tumble up carafe, vintage Bohemian crystal? This is a lovely thing, probably 1980s or 90s vintage, not antique.

It's about 8" tall over the bottle, with 4 1/2" tall drinking glass. Stands about 8 3/4" tall all together. It's in excellent condition without damage or signs of use.
