vintage enamelware ladle / dipper, Scandinavian modern yellow & black enamel

Scandi mod style vintage enamel ware ladle, bright sunny yellow and black. It's about 14" long end to end.

This is marked 10 cm on the bowl (the bowl measures about 4" in diameter). There's no other markings that we could find. We're guessing it's 1960s or 70s?

It's been used, and has some wear and spots of enamel loss as shown.
