vintage hand blown splatter glass vase, confetti purple & orange white cased glass

I love the colors of this beautiful vintage hand blown glass vase, purple and orange spatter confetti cased in white glass.

It's not signed that I could find, maybe Murano? It does look like Italian art glass to me. This stands about 8 1/2" tall overall. Condition is excellent, no chips or damage.
