1930s vintage copper caged amber glass shade for a porch sconce or pendant lamp... this would also work well as a candle lamp hurricane just as it is!

There's no finial, though there's a hole at the cap to hold one. It's 9 1/2" long overall, with the glass shade having a fitter rim 3 3/8" in diameter.
