large soup tureen vintage California pottery ceramic, looks like antique white ironstone

Vintage California ceramic soup tureen - this is glossy glazed ceramic with a embossed pattern like old ironstone china!

There's a big chip to the rim of the separate underplate (we're including it for you anyway). The bowl, cover and ladle all look very good.

This measures about 12 1/2" across the handles of the bowl, and about 13 1/2" across the oval tray plate.
