1920s vintage cotton fabric, browned antique shirting woven print mint green

Antique cotton fabric with a 'woven' print in mint green with darker green and burgundy red. This is 35" wide across the selvages, never laundered or pre-shrunk. It's a 3 yard length, nice and crisp but showing serious browning and spotting, see photos.

I don't know if this would clean up with a wash or pre-treat. I love this print weave and the green color (so 20s!) and I think it'll make great doll clothes or maybe primitive style garlands or ornaments just as it is.
