1950s vintage crib quilt, hand stitched embroidery baby animals pink & green blocks

Cute characters from bedtime nursery rhyme and fables on this 1950s vintage baby blanket, all hand embroidered - so sweet! It's crib size, about 32" x 40" overall.

This has been much loved and used, and has spots all over. It looks sturdy (machine sewn), and a couple of good washes or a long soak would probably help a lot. But we'll leave that up to you!
