lot pre-cut patchwork quilt block pieces, 30s & 40s vintage cotton print fabric

Vintage pieces cut for quilt squares, never assembled. I'm not sure what pattern these are for, or how they go together - I think maybe they need backing fabric to go with these squares and triangles? Sounds like a project!

There's a few pattern pieces we found with these, and we're including those. The newspaper piece is 1970s, but the fabric used for these pieces is much older, 1930s and 40s.

Most of these are basted together in little bundles, but some are pinned, and that's left rusty marks / holes. Quite a few of these pieces are browned or spotted anyway, you'll want to wash them at some point.
