1950s vintage fabric, cotton rayon red & white checked gingham woven checks

Mid-century vintage fabric - I think this red and white gingham is a cotton / rayon blend, it's so nice and smooth, silky soft material. It's 44" wide, so probably late 50s. This is a 2 yard length in excellent condition.
