vintage black & white gingham checked fabric, slight stretch pucker weave crinkle texture

1950s - 60s vintage heavy crinkled textured fabric, probably nylon, I think? This is slightly stretchy as the puckers have give to them (no spandex in this fabric). It's 45" wide, 1+ yard, in excellent condition.

Looks like perfect stuff for a halter top, a hat, hair bows! It's not at all sheer, though looks cool and comfortable. And the black and white checked pattern is easy to go classic or retro.
