vintage spool of nylon cord, strong heavy duty sewing thread for feed bag stitching

Nylon cord thread on a plastic cone spool... this is probably made for stitching sacks to close them, for feed bags, seed bags, grain bags.

It's a soft strong thread great for tough sewing projects with a big needle or awl. Much too thick to run through a regular sewing machine. Spool measures about 3" tall.
