small patchwork quilt or wall hanging, vintage cotton fabric coral and white

Small quilt, machine stitched, all cotton fabrics - probably mid-century vintage, or a little earlier. Measures about 60" x 44".

This doesn't show a lot of wear, no fraying, rips or holes, or any thinning to the fabric. There are some spots, and discoloration mostly at fold lines. We haven't washed or soaked it, it's just as found from a Wisconsin farm country estate.
