antique Victorian vintage heavy wool pieced quilt w/ appliqued flowers

Very unusual nice old quilt, very, very heavy. This is pieced of old wool suiting, dress and coat fabrics, with the quilted blocks sewn together once layered and stitched, and with appliqued flowers then added to the top over the corner joins. The reverse of the quilt shows exposed seams where the blocks were joined together.

The quilt measures 68" x 88" overall. This has some fraying and wear to some of the fabrics, some holes, moth damage, and spots, so it's not in perfect condition. We haven't had this cleaned, just aired it outside in the freezing winter weather.
