vintage album quilt blocks, hand-stitched embroidered cotton quilt squares birds & flowers

Large lot of completed quilt blocks with embroidery, to make a pair of quilts. There's 24 blocks with birds, and 24 blocks with flowers.

They're all hand-embroidered on natural cotton muslin, and measure about 11 1/2 square. We'd guess the age at mid-century vintage. All are in nice shape, we saw very little age discoloration or soil.
