vintage crochet lace curtain valance panels w/ daffodils, cottage style lace curtains

Pair of flat crocheted cotton lace panels with daffodils worked in filet crochet, all handmade, 1930s or 40s vintage. I believe they were originally intended as sofa backs, but we think they're perfect for cottage style curtains!

These are flat, unlined pieces of crochet, sturdy enough to hang, though you'd need to add rings, ribbon ties, or a rod pocket at the top. Size is 27" x 12 1/2" on both, and the color is a match, though these have some slight yellowing or spots. (We haven't washed or soaked them.)
