50s 60s vintage fabric w/ blue roses print, smooth crisp cotton sheeting

Lovely mid-century vintage cotton fabric, so crisp and smooth. It measures 36" wide x 4 yards.

This has A LOT of discoloration, water spotting, some yellowing. It's never been laundered, and I expect a good soak would do wonders for it. Colors are nice and bright without fading.
