Huge lot of 1940s vintage cotton fabric, chintz florals and a blue solid fabric to match them. It's a wonderful lot of old fabric picked to go together, and then saved away for about 70 years.
There's about 40 yards of 36" wide fabric in all, different prints and colors, though these all look lovely together. They'd make beautiful light curtains or slipcovers, eiderdown covers, dresses and aprons, table skirts or skirts for girls of any age, etc. etc. etc..
These are all nice and crisp, unlaundered fabrics. Most pieces do have a few spots to the outer wraps or fold lines.
Fabrics are - in order of photos -
White floral on blue, 5 yards.
Solid blue (this piece has quite a bit of spotting from age or storage), measures 5 yards.
Blue with pink floral, 11 yards.
Ribbons on pink - one piece a rosy pink, one a little darker pink. One of these is 5 yard length, and the other is about the same, though two pieces sewn together down the selvage edge. It's unused, never laundered, just like all of the rest of this fabric.
Pink patchwork print, 6 yards.
Floral on pink, 5 1/2 yards.
