vintage floral ticking stripe cotton fabric, material for quilting or pillow covers

Vintage floral striped light cotton ticking fabric - this is soft, not stiff and heavy like the canvas type ticking made for mattresses.

It's 45" wide, just shy of 4 yards. It's clean and nice, never used, no fading. Nice for pillow covers, or backing a quilt?
