vintage needlework tools, tiny steel crochet hooks for lace making crocheted edgings

Lot of antique and vintage crochet hooks for lace making, all stored away for many years in an old tin pencil case. These have been much used, and the hooks show finish wear and age.

Also included is an unusual tool marked The Golden Eagle - Beloit which I found with the crochet hooks. Maybe a button hook? Maybe a totally unrelated tool, I haven't been able to find out anything at all about it!
