Old World War II United States Navy sailor's blue wool uniform. This is a sailor's dress blues uniform (blue with white trim) and with yellow "Honorable Discharge" patch hand stitched on the chest. We've been told that this honorable discharge patch was only used during the Second World War. Both the jumper and pants are marked with "Naval Clothing Factory" labels.
The jumper for this uniform measures about 21 1/2" long on the arm (from the armpit to the sleeve cuff), 42" around the chest (under the arms), 18" across the shoulders and 31" long from the base of the collar to the hem in the back. The uniform trousers measure about 28" around the waist and the inseam is 28". This uniform has a number of moth holes to the jumper and trousers.
