lot old heavy burlap sacks, primitive vintage grain bags from Africa

Lot of six very heavy coarse jute burlap fabric grain sacks from niger seed (some marked Ethiopia, others not marked). These are all still sewn up as bags, and measure about 26" x 36".

The burlap material is lovely, very firm, like a coffee sack. It's a slightly more detailed and tighter weave than found on most farm feed sacks or potato bags.

All of these have been used, stored on a ship, and then in a warehouse, and then in a machine shed! They're very dusty and dirty from use, and some have holes or fraying.
