retro vintage metal wastebasket, antique newspaper ad illustrations print

1970s vintage Chein (marked Cheinco) metal wastebasket with 1870s Harper's magazine pages print, in black and white. This is 13" tall, measures 10" x 7" at the rim.

It's been used, and has soil and rust marks, inside and out. The inside is worse than the exterior, so a liner would help a lot here!
