Ever noticed that the very best collectible bowls are the very biggest and the very smallest? There's just something cuter about bowls in crazy big or crazy small sizes!
This bowl is one of the small bowls, 5" size (5" across the rim). It's early to mid 20th century vintage, probably earlier rather than later.
The 'shingles' pattern seems to have been made in a number of variations by different makers - not sure of the maker on this one. Western / Monmouth? Brush / McCoy?
It's not in perfect condition, does have an old chip to the rim, though no chips or cracks. Sweet baby sized mixing bowl in good usable condition yet.
