unused Kelway soil tester moisture meter made in Japan, vintage garden tool

Vintage Kelway soil moisture tester, clean and never used - this is still in the original box with vinyl case and instructions. I haven't tested it (apparently the metal plate at the point of the unit must be carefully cleaned before use for this to work properly). But condition appears excellent, and I would expect this will work as detailed in the instruction sheet.
