vintage English brass candle snuffer, antique reproduction scissors snuffer w/ stand

Vintage made in England scissors style candle snuffer, 7" tall with the scissors in the stand.

This has been much used, and actually does look like an antique piece - only the label shows that it's 20th century vintage and not much older. Lots of soot and old candle wax!
