vintage French cotton tapestry bell pull w/ tassel, flower baskets design

20th century vintage cotton bell pull, probably French or Belgian, though I found no label or makers mark. This is 4 1/2" wide, over 40" long (tapestry is 40" long, with the tassel and hanger beyond that). It's in very good clean condition, a real beauty.
