vintage JPL mark Pouyat Limoges France china charger plate hand painted signed Segun

Beautiful JPL marked Limoges china plate, hand painted with grapes, signed by the artist (Segun? we think?).

It's a little over 10" in diameter, in very nice condition without chips, cracks or any particular wear to the paint.
