vintage Singer featherweight sewing machine, 1946 Singer 221-1 portable w/ case & attachments

1940s vintage Singer portable sewing machine... a model 221-1 featherweight complete with foot control peddle, carrying case, instruction manual, Singer oil can as well as assorted bobbins, presser feet and attachments as shown. It has a serial number "AG8546xx" and dates to 1946. The motor is marked 3-110.

This sewing machine isn't perfect. The wiring looks good and it runs smoothly, but you'll need to clean, tune and adjust it before using. It has wear / scratching to the japanned enamel and wear and rubbing to the gold. (those are reflections in the photo of the flywheel, not damage to the enamel).

The case is well worn and there IS NO KEY for the case.
