vintage blue willow pattern transferware china round platter, large plate or tray

Large round cake plate or round platter, Royal China (USA), blue willow pattern. This is about 12" overall diameter.

There's a blue streaks on this piece, a discolored hairline at center, a few fleabite chips at the rim. No noticeable finish wear on the front of the plate, though the back shows some scuffing - this was used as a tray.
