vintage brass spoon w/ dragon handle, small brass ladle from Thailand Siam?

Small brass ladle or serving spoon with dragon shape handle, about 8 1/2" long end to end, bowl of the spoon about 2" x 2 1/4".

I can't find any markings on this piece, though I think maybe it's from Thailand? I don't know it's exact vintage, but I couldn't resist a spoon with a dragon for a handle!
