Old antique vintage, lawn and garden or patio chair with a wooden slated back and a riveted steel frame. It measures about 32 1/2" high to the top of the chair back, 15" wide across the wood seat, 16" deep on the seat (and about 21" deep overall).
The iron chair frame is riveted rather then arc welded. Use of rivets tended to be phased out and replaced by electric arc welding during the Second World War. The wood slats are bolted to the frame. They are oak and weathered with many years in the yard during the summer, but are still very sturdy.
This will be dissembled for shipping, so assembly with a couple of wrenches will be needed.
