vintage glass test tube bud vase w/ cast iron stand, art nouveau style reeds & water lily

Vintage cast iron flower holder in the art nouveau style, though we believe this piece is probably 1940s or 50s?

The metal is painted an industrial silver color, and the glass tube is just a test tube. The whole thing stands about 7" tall.
