vintage hammered aluminum oval dutch oven roaster, big roasting pan

Big old aluminum roasting pan / dutch oven, six quart size. The pan area measures 12 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 5" deep.

It's been used on a wood or gas stove, and is blackened on the bottom to the point where we can't make out the makers mark.

But it's a good solid pot with a well-fitting lid - they don't make them like this nowadays.
