vintage chalkware wall hanging art plaque, flower basket w/ bright painted flowers

1930s or 40s vintage chalkware wall plaque, a brightly painted basket full of flowers. This is so pretty!

It might be a carnival prize chalkware, but we thing it's more likely a depression / wartime vintage dime store decorative piece for farm house or cottage.

It's about 7" across x 10" tall, with a hook for hanging on the back. It's in good condition, nice and clean - very little chipping or wear to the paint.
