Vintage solid brass and amber coin dot art glass lamp, made in Italy or Spain? This is a lovely traditionally colonial style mid-century piece.

It's 19" tall to the top of the light bulb socket and 29' tall to the top of the finial. It's in very good condition overall, and it works fine.
