vintage industrial wire basket, square metal parts bin tool box w/ handle

Mid-century vintage heavy wire mesh basket, probably a bin from a parts washer, we think. It doesn't carry well by the handle, it's more as though the wire handle is to lift, but not carry.

Size is 13 1/2" x 13 1/2" square, about 5" deep. Condition is very good, not a lot or rust or soil, though it has a good patina of age.
