60s vintage napkin holder for a fancy buffet... this is ornate cast metal with milk glass, French country or Italian rococo style!

It's 8 3/4' tall overall, with open end basket 4" x 2 1/2" x 4". There's a little wear and spotting to the antique gold finish, but it just adds to the shabby chic look here. It's a perfect piece for a rustic wedding table.
