Nice old heavy steel garden pruners without a makers mark that we could see.

They're 9" long end to end, with 2 1/2" blades. These work smoothly, and safety latch at the handle works fine.

They're just as found, and could probably use a little cleaning and oiling, and maybe a sharpening, too.
