vintage down comforter full / queen bed size, soft cotton cover fabric

Vintage duck down comforter, 82" x 98" (full / queen size). This has some spots or stains to the cotton fabric, though looks nice overall, very puffy without a lot of wear. It's a cream colored cotton front and back, probably made to fit inside a duvet cover.
