I love these vintage tinned steel flour sifters - they work just as well or even better than newer designs, and they look adorable in the kitchen besides.

The Bromwell's sifter is the kind with a hand crank to turn, has a cute little red knob on the handle. The Sift-Chine is the kind where you squeeze the handle to sift, and it's marked Guaranteed Satisfactory. Nothing more to add to that, really!
