1890s vintage builders book Building Superintendence for architects, construction operation

Operation and general construction of modern buildings circa 1890s - this is a very interesting look at buildings and their management during the Victorian era. Book is cracked but complete. Has a ton of notes in pencil at the front, and owner's name and course at M.I.T. written in as well.
