1911 vintage book Massachusetts Landmarks Old Bay State, antique photos historic buildings

Rare (and interesting!) book self published by the author and photographer in 1911 'Landmarks of the Old Bay State'. Some nice early photos of historic sites and buildings of Massachusetts. Book is used but in very good condition overall.
