1914 vintage Czech cook book, Domestic Cooking, ethnic recipes

Vintage 1914 cookbook, published in Omaha, Nebraska, by a butcher or stockyard? We are having some difficulty reading this, but believe this is Czech-American Houshold Cookery, or Domestic Cooking. The recipes are given titles in English under the Czech titles, though there is no other English in the book.

More than 300 pages, and the food must be delicious! as the book is very loose and worn, with soil to the pages.
