antique 1918 needlework book from silk thread, crochet lace patterns

Lovely antique needlework pattern book, soft cover, 56 pages. This is the M. Heminway & Sons Tyrian Dye company Crochet Book Number 15, published by the H.K.H. Silk Company of New York.

The patterns in the book are just fabulous, with modeled photos showing the latest designs in everything from vest sweaters and boudoir caps to hats, elaborate purses and other ladies fashion accessories. Also included are designs for lingerie lace and linens for the home (lamp shades, too!), a few pieces for infants, socks, etc..

This is in very nice condition, complete, just a little wear to the cover.
