1920s vintage silhouette print, frameless style bubble glass picture, gentleman in top hat

1920s or early 30s vintage bubble glass picture, a print silhouette. Backing and frame are paper, browned from age. This was made as a dime store piece, not many of these have survived over the years! Measures 5" in diameter.
